"Awareness Newsletter # 4" by Well Aware

Hello everyone and welcome to Well Aware’s 4th Awareness Newsletter!

First, my apologies for the delay—these past few months have been incredibly busy with work commitments and responsibilities. On top of that, we faced some technical challenges with the HubSpot Marketing Feature. After several attempts to fix it, we decided to switch to Beehiv and successfully imported all our newsletter contacts. Now, we’re ready to deliver updates more efficiently and reliably.

In this newsletter, I want to show you how Well Aware has managed some of its Time, Relationships, Actions, Commitments, and Knowledge within September & October 2024.

We believe each hour shows our dedication to excellence and creating meaningful impact. We value every moment, ensuring our efforts contribute to the success and satisfaction of our partnerships.

Breaking the Stereotypes of Financial Advisors

with Joshua Krafchick

Podcast Episode Date: October 17, 2024

In this episode of the Well Aware Podcast, I chat with Joshua Krafchick from 369 Financial about building real relationships in financial advising and his shift from corporate life to entrepreneurship. Josh and I first connected through the Ripple Effects network, and in our conversation, he shares his unique approach—focusing on people over transactions. We discuss everything from the evolution of money and the sacrifices of entrepreneurship to the value of continuous learning. Josh also talks about his passion projects, like writing children’s books on financial literacy and creating a golf product that boosts mental resilience. We highlight the importance of efficiency, smart cost management, and hands-on involvement in investments, reflecting on the true cost of convenience.

That’s all for major relationship awareness at this time! ^_^

Actions:

In this section, I’ll walk you through how we ensure operations continue seamlessly even when team members need time off. I’ll explain our Substitute Well Aware Provider (SWAP) workflow and how we train substitutes to step in without disrupting client service. You’ll learn about the logistics of scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper communication so that every transition is smooth. I’ll also discuss how we handle any challenges that arise when a team member is unavailable and how we maintain client satisfaction.

That’s all for Action Awareness this month ^_^

Commitments:

Well Aware is thrilled to welcome our newest virtual assistants who joined us over the past three months. We remain fully committed to prioritizing our clients' needs. Let us know if you’d like an introduction to our new VAs!

We’re grateful for the dedication and passion our new VAs bring to Well Aware, enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional support and value to our clients. Each hour they invest reflects our shared commitment to meaningful impact and lasting partnerships. Thank you for trusting us with your time! ^_^

Knowledge:

I want to share an exciting concept from Chris Edney and his platform, FlatRateQuote.com. If you haven't listened to Chris's podcast with us, I encourage you to check it out!

What is Flat Rate Pricing?

Chris provides a valuable resource for bookkeepers looking to switch from hourly billing to a flat rate pricing model. Many bookkeepers charge by the hour, but this can undervalue their expertise. If you finish a task quickly, you might not get paid fairly for your skills.

Benefits of Flat Rate Pricing

With flat rate pricing, you get paid based on the value you provide, not just the time you spend. This model rewards efficiency and maintains high-quality service, creating a win-win for both you and your clients.

Reimagining Your Pricing

Think about how flat rate pricing could work in your business, not just in bookkeeping, but in other service areas as well.

We’re always looking for ways to add value and improve our services. Inspired by Chris Edney’s flat rate pricing from FlatRateQuote.com, we’re exploring new pricing models like flat rates and subscriptions. These approaches help us focus on quality, efficiency, and stronger client relationships, allowing us to serve our clients even better every day!

That’s all for Knowledge Awareness this month ^_^.

Thank you for being a part of our journey.

We appreciate your support and look forward to sharing more updates with you next month!
